Which Yugioh Card is better to get?

ok to answer yor question about LADD no you can't target it for it says on the card effect cannot be special summoned as for wich is better t get well first it depends on your type of deck if you have a dragon deck or a incomplete dragunity deck then go with LADD scince its more helpfull there (and eaiser to get out) if you have a swarming deck get obelisk scince you should alway have monsters on the field you should easily have 3 on the field wich makes bringing out obelisk better if i knew what kind of deck you have i could tell you better but the better one when not in a certian deck is obelisk also if you have a slow deck LADD is also better really obelisk is only good in a deck with draw power and/or good summoning capability but if you just asking as in rareity or just in general then obelisk is the better one
