First time sexxx situation?

sooooo, there's this boy I really really like and he is somebody I want to give my virginity to. I'm 17 & have never have sex & I wanatto di it but am waiting for that special person. He says he likes me a lot but were not dating or anything & I wanted It to be with somebody I was dating for a longg time. What should I do? I don't wantto regret it after or feel dumb. How was some of your first time experieneces if you can relate to this??
