How do I beat the new winged dragon of ra?

I have a big duel coming up, and I know my opponent is gonna use the two new re-released Egyptian god cards. I already have a strategy in mind for beating Obelisk the tormentor. But the new winged dragon of ra is tricky. So far the only strategy I have to counter it, is to make sure my opponent doesn't have the necessary sacrifices so that it can't get on the field. But that won't work if he special summons the necessary tributes in one turn. So how can I beat it once its on the field? And one more question. The card reads that spell and traps can't be activated when its normal summoned. Does that mean that the turn it gets normal summoned spell and traps can't be used, but then the next turn I can go back to using them again?
