What would be a great surprise for my bride on our wedding day?

I want to find a great surprise for my wife on our wedding day. She is very involved with our wedding, so, it has to be somewhat discreet(or I could also get the wedding planner involved). She is a very fun out going person, and I want to do something that will make this day even better. Any ideas???
