Are there any daily planners that are specifically for planning an event?

This is my first event that I am in charge of. It is a fundraiser that will be a silent auction. There will be multiple private dance schools/ martial art schools that will performing. I am wanting a daily planner type organizer that is specific to planning an event. I do not want a software. I want something to write on that I can take with me to meetings and such. Any help is welcome. Thank you.
